Rimmel Kate Moss Lipstick in #04
My all time fav is Maybelline’s Dark Circle Eraser Under Eye Concealer! It’s light weight, feels like air on the skin never too heavy, and you can add on a lot without feeling cakey so you can get good coverage. Since the formula is so lightweight it doesnt crease, concealers usually crease because they are too thick. MAC Pro Longwear is a great too!
Some other tips to help with under eye creasing are
- Set it with a powder! Since you want to get that bright under eye look you dont’ want to use a face powder the color of your skin so a translucent powder is best because it’s colorless and super silky so it really makes the under eye area look smooth
- Use an eyeshadow or face primer under the eyes, like how eyeshadow primer stops your eyeshadow from creasing it will do the same to your concealer!
- Make sure you have it really blended out using a brush or a makeup sponge, this isnt necessary but having it really blended in and not just sitting on the skin will help with creasing
- Keep the under eye area hydrated, dry under eyes will make creasing more noticeable
Tarte Amazonian Clay Foundation, MAC Full Coverage Foundation, Kat Von D Lock It Tattoo Foundation or Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation (they even have a fuller coverage formula called Maximum Cover) :)
I’ve seen some at Ulta and TJ Maxx!
I know you’d like to avoid buying them online but Amazon.com has the best affordable selection! I get mine from Amazon :)
Sorry babe! First off thank you for checking my FAQ and Makeup tips link :)
I try to touch on this topic as often as I can, unfortunately I don’t answer all the questions I get asked & I promise I’m not ignoring them I just don’t have as much time as i’d like to answer every single question. I do get many questions daily but I do try to answer a few a day. I am in school and I just moved into a new apartment this past month so life can get busy :(
Hopefully I can I become for frequent with answering answering questions, I will def work on it! :)
For soft smokey eye looks I always recommend taupe eyeshadows! They look great on all eye colors and skin tones. A taupey shade will give a sultry, soft smokey eye thats not as intense as black or a brown.
A taupe shade is a brownish grey. Some can be a little more purple and some can be a little more grey!
You can apply a taupe shade all over the lid and blend it out with a lighter gray or brown. Add winged eyeliner & even false lashes for a super fab, glamorous look.
Or apply a lighter shade on the lid, and a taupe in the crease
If you want to do an even softer look try using a warm copper, bronze or gold shade all over the lid or in the crease!
Keep the lips and cheeks soft with a light pink or peach lip gloss and blush. Go a liiiittle heavy on the bronzer since usually dances are at night and flash photography at night can wash you out a bit :)
