If you like a matte, super black liquid eye liner definitely try Wet n Wild MegaLiner! This is my every day eye liner, only $3 :)

My second favorite liquid liner is Maybelline Line Stiletto, it’s not matte but it’s very black and easy to use :)

I think there may be 2 problems, the way you apply your foundation and your skin texture. 

My foundation will totally go on patchy and non blended if I use a wrong brush or my hands, I find using a flat top brush to blend my foundation looks the most flawless. A flat top foundation brush is similar to a stippling brush but it has more brush hairs so it helps give fuller coverage and blends more effortlessly. 

If your bronzer isnt looking blended, it may be because the bronzer isnt blending well over your foundation. You definitely have to use a powder over any foundation when using powder blushes and bronzers because powder products apply patchy over liquid/cream products. 

Second, exfoliate! Exfoliating your skin plays such a huge role in how your makeup and foundation will look. When I skip exfoliating for a few weeks I can tell by the way my skin looks. Exfoliating will make your skin super smooth, pores will look smaller, your skin care products will be more effective because they can sink in better, just so many benefits come from exfoliating :)

Exfoliating will create a smooth base for your makeup by creating smooth skin, thus helping everything blend and sit better!

I’m not sure if youre using powder but usually powder is what transfers on clothes and such because powder sits on top of the skin instead of liquid foundation which actually sticks. However liquid foundation can transfer too! Some foundations just don’t stick to the skin so you may want to switch foundations, usually “long wearing” foundations like Revlon Colorstay, Covergirl Outlast, Estee Lauder Double Wear, etc are less transferable because they are meant to grip to the skin so they last all day. Applying a primer under your foundation will help as well by helping your foundation stick to your skin rather than coming off. Primer almost acts like a glue between your skin and your foundation.

I really love using translucent powder over foundation to prevent your foundation from transferring! It’s a white powder that applies clear/translucent so it sets your foundation like a normal powder but is completely invisible. I also love it because it looks more natural, less cakey, controls oils better than normal powders and has blurring/perfecting qualities that makes your overall face makeup look better :)

But no foundation is completely non transferable, if you hug someone wearing white and apply enough pressure any makeup will transfer. But it shouldnt be super transferable to where it comes off on everything :)
